Bar Margot’s award-winning craft cocktail program is led by General Manager Vinnie Dugan and lead bartender Nick Middlebrooks, using the most premier spirits, fresh ingredients and house-made garnishes. The result? Intriguing libations that are inventive riffs of familiar classics. Take a seat at the bar to personally connect with our skilled mixologists and prepare to discover your new favorite cocktail.
Opening in September 2015, Bar Margot’s initial spirits menu was concocted by two of Atlanta’s most celebrated barmen – Greg Best and Paul Calvert. Two signature cocktails continue to stand the test of time – Lady Victoria, a “fresh and garden-esque” vodka-based drink, and Gin Margot, an elevated variation of a gin and tonic. “Bar Margot is meant to be a return to a lost era when the hotel bar was the main intersection between a hotel and the place where it’s located.” -Greg Best
