Opening in September 2015, Bar Margot’s initial spirits menu was concocted by two of Atlanta’s most celebrated barmen – Greg Best and Paul Calvert. Two signature cocktails continue to stand the test of time – Lady Victoria, a “fresh and garden-esque” vodka-based drink, and Gin Margot, an elevated variation of a gin and tonic. “Bar Margot is meant to be a return to a lost era when the hotel bar was the main intersection between a hotel and the place where it’s located.” – Greg Best
